Find Yourself in the Physical Mind

A meditation design to learn to feel your soul or seat of consciousness at the finest level.

In a dark, quiet, area. Take hold of your thoughts, quiet your mind, focus on where you are thinking, not what you are thinking.

1. Where do you feel your thoughts? Which lobe? Around the skull? In the back of your mind? Or is it in the front?

2. Now focus on this area, try and pinpoint each thought. Imagine the electron-chemical reaction taking place at each neuron and try to feel each connection between your soul and the physical universe.

3. Once you are able to feel your consciousness at the smallest physical level possible, at each electro-chemical reaction, try to learn or feel what the soul can teach you about the unlearned knowledge of existence.

4. Once you've completed this, try to understand that we are spiritual beings in a physical body. Strengthen your soul for telepathic interactions.

(There are two types of ways to become Telekinetic, spiritual and physical. The natural evolution of the brain and body, easier route. And the strengthening of mind over matter from the soul's interaction, likeliest route.)

Achieving Oneness with The Universe

"The Universe is an illusion of the equilibrium of motions between all things great and small."

You try to imagine the macroscopic and microscopic universe for the individual constituents; planetary motion on the celestial sphere, and atomic motion in the molecular field. Try to visualize (as a generalization) the atoms in your body moving around; bone is solid so it moves the least, blood a liquid so it moves the fastest, skin moves around somewhere in-between. Then (after lining up the ecliptic motion) try and visualize all of your motions moving in rotation around the Sun. Then try to feel the Universe, after you feel your motions around the Sun try and imagine that (taking into account magnetic north) that the solar system is moving upwards from the ecliptic disc of the Milky Way and try and factor that motion in what your feeling. Once your able to feel our Galaxy (others are far enough away) try to manipulate the matter around you. Start with the orbit of planets or the Moon. And try to perturb or disturb the balance of the opposing magnetic fields. After being able to see the celestial body move in it's orbit, you can move on to trying to manipulate matter at its finest form, the sub atomic level.

1. Learn the Ecliptic motion in your sky. Track the motion of the Moon and Sun, this path is the ecliptic, the path that the planets traverse around the Sun and the central disc of electromagnetic and gravitational forces you'll be harnessing.

2. Understand the phases of matter. Solid has the least movement at the atomic level. Liquids move a little faster than the solids, and Gases move the most. Now imagine that your body is made of up of a solid skeleton, surrounded by a liquid blood, and the a medium solid around encasing both of these.

3. Try and imagine the motion of the Earth, around it's axis, first. Then around it's orbit of the Sun. Relative to the Milky Way, which is South (or down relative to Earth). Try and feel this motion through the Universe.

4. Now while pretending/actually feeling this celestial motion around you, try and visualize the motions of your body. Try to view this as a cosmic dance of particles being held together, giving the illusion that each constituent part; of the body, of the Galaxy, are separate items.

5. When you feel this motion as a dance of all things intricately connected, try and makes waves (like in a pool of water) through out the cosmos. Ripples in Space.

What you are trying to accomplish is feeling the energy (electromagnetic field) radiate outwards from your heart, connect with the magnetic field radiating from the iron core of Earth, then connect it with the Sun's magnetic field

Division of Unity; Bi-Pedal Separation

This is a simple brain exercise to stimulate both hemispheres of the Brain. Using the visual cortex to divide the unison consciousness of both hemispheres into their halves, right and left (analytical and abstract). Also to help the activity of communication through corpus callosum.

Steps:

1. Find a piece of paper, card board, or a divider you can hold in front of your face.

2. Place the divider in front of your face, vertically, in-between your eyes.

3. Now find an object with your right eye and try to focus on it.

4. Then, while remaining focus with your right eye, find an object with your left eye.

5. Try to focus on both objects, divider in place. This will have your Consciousness switching from object on the right to object on the left and back and forth. You keep doing this until you are able to focus on each object, simultaneously.

6. After you are able to focus on two stationary objects simultaneously, try focusing on one stationary object and one moving object simultaneously.

The point of this exercise is to utilize both hemispheres simultaneously with a conscious bi-pedal consciousness, instead of the normal left or right brain thinking we usually alternate between while our single consciousness lives in one hemispheres.

Guessing Game

The most basic exercise you could do, is with a friend Play the guessing game. Two people get together and one friend thinks of a number, image, or word and focuses on their thought. Imagine that thought, visualize it inside your mind, then imagine that your are radiating that thought outwards from your brain and forehead towards the other friend. Then have your friend try to focus and imagine that thought is being broadcasted from your head and radiating towards them. With a quiet, focused mind they try and image the electrical signal coming from your brain into their own and their brain interprets that signal as their own thought. Then they guess what you were thinking about. (Don't narrow the category to number, image, or word. Just let them know it will be one of those items. Single still frame thought is the best to start with, then move on to more complicated thoughts.)

1. Find a Friend who is willing to play the Telepathic guessing game. Someone that will actually try and not make you feel dumb for wanting to. Public opinion can prevent a mind from growing.

2. Decide which one of you is going to go first at thinking of the thought and projecting it.

3. Project a number, word, or image. Constantly focus on the image, imagine it in your head as an alpha wave radiating from your brain to your friends brain. Then once you imagine it in your friends brain, repeat over and over.

4. The friend receiving the thought, needs to quiet their mind and focus on the incoming thought. What you do is try and open your mind and imagine that the thought is coming from your friend, then when you receive the brain wave of your friends thought you try to imagine that it is your own thought and will be processed as said.

Teledation

Teledation is the idea of telepathically trying to intimidate a person as soon as you see them. (Like bowing up to a friend to make them jump from being startled) The way you do this is while walking around near random people, as soon as you see someone, you imagine that you bow up towards them, imagine you throw your arms up towards them like you want to fight, or imagine punching them in the face. The key is to visualize this violent action in your head radiating towards the random person, while keeping your mouth and muscles completely at rest (that way the random person doesn't react to visual body language.) If a random person does react and you didn't flex your muscles, make any sudden movements, or make any sounds, then it is possible that the random person subconsciously felt this hostile thought and subconsciously reacted to it.

1. Pick a hostile action that you are going to project towards random people; ie Bowing up, punching someone in the face, or punching in the stomach.

2. Practice imagining this hostile thought, quickly, while keeping your muscles relaxed, yours arm still, and your facial expressions, peaceful.

3. Project hostile thoughts towards un-expecting people while remaining still.

4. See if they react only to your imagined thought. Make sure you didn't move or flinch up while imagining the thought.

Imagery Projection w/non-verbal Friends

Another idea is with your pet friends, try looking them in the eyes and understanding what they are barking or meowing about. Has to be done with a quiet, focused mind and remember they don't speak English. When you are trying to communicate to your pet friends, remember the same. If you want to tell your cat to walk over to the door, then you visualize, project your imaginary thoughts of the cat walking over towards the door, while maintaining eye contact. (When trying to telepathically communicate with animals, you have to use a language they understand, visual understandings.)

1. Find an animal, whether it's your cat, dog, a bird that landed close by. If the animal stays around long enough and is willing to make eye contact, Look the animal in the eyes. Direct eye contact.

2. Imagine an action (visualize the animal doing this action in your mind) for the animal to receive. If it's your cat, imagine it licking it's paw, if it's your dog imagine it wagging its tail, if it's the bird imagine it chirping. Birds rarely chirp while making eye contact.

3. See if the animal does action.

4. Repeat, but try and start a conversation with the animal using pictures as words. Most animals don't understand words yet, so you have to talk to them in a language they understand, visually.

Active Brain Strengthening

An easy mental exercise to physically exercise your brain is nerve projections, now at first you most likely will not actually be able to feel the nerve signals but overtime you might. What you want to do, is while standing (so the muscles are tense), you imagine that you are creating nerve signals in your brain and then imagine that those nerve signals are running down your body, mostly through the spinal cord but also spread out through the other tissues in the body, to your feet and when these signals get to your feet you imagine them reflecting back to your brain. While you pretend these nerve signals are traveling throughout your body, you pretend that they are electrically stimulating your nervous system and strengthening your conductivity. Remembering that the nervous system is the matrix that your Telepathic and Telekinetic abilities will radiate from.

1. Image a point towards your feet. Like your big toe. Wiggle it and feel the part of your brain that receives the signal.

2. Image the nerve signals running to your feet, starting at the point in your brain where you first felt the signal.

3. Once you imagine the signal reaching your feet, imagine nerve signals running back to brain. This will go slowly at first as you trace the imagined signal from brain, down spinal cord, down your leg. Then eventually you won't have to imagine the entire path and the signal will travel at regular speeds.

4. Repeat over and over.

Becoming One with the Earth

Now this is just about mentally becoming one with the Earth as an extension of your own body. Again standing outside on a full Moon, bare footed in the grass. (Using an app or a rough guess) Look up towards the Moon and Picture the Sun beneath your feet, below the Earth. Try to visualize the difference in size between the Earth, the Moon (1/3 the size of Earth), and the Sun (Super much bigger than the Earth) Now you connect your electromagnetic field to the iron core of the Earth. Visualize the Moon's orbit around the Earth, and visualize both of these rotating around the Sun like a magnetic ball floating in it's magnetic field. Try to imagine the speed of Earth and Moon traveling around the Sun (~28,000mph). Take into account that the Solar System is roughly 100,000,000 light years above the Milky Way's secretion disc moving upwards. Now imagining the size of Earth compared to yourself (1° of latitude equals pretty close to 250 miles), feel the Earth's magnetic field and your own electromagnetic field as one. Using the Sun's magnetic field as an anchor for the Solar System and the Universe, try to bounce and make the Earth dip in it's orbit, while maintaining a separate magnetic for the rest of the universe. The Moon and background stars (remembering the Sun isn't visible, just the anchor to the rest of the universe) should remain stationary as the Earth dips slightly in it's orbit.

1. Imagine the Ecliptical motion in your sky. On a night when the moon is a least crescent 🌘 visible. For visual purposes. You can do this on a new moon, but we're visual creatures.

2. Gather a rough estimate of where the Sun is on the opposite side of Earth. (The night side.)

3. Now imagine yourself standing on the Earth and the energy from the core of the Earth is radiating upwards through your feet and into your mind.

4. Now once you imagine the energy of the Earth, knowing roughly where the Sun is, you reach out and anchor your existential energy with the Sun's magnetic field. Then balancing yourself with the moon, (remember the three points are floating in gravitationally bound electromagnetic fields, like floating magnets.) Then as you are connected with the Earth, you dip, bend at your knees quickly and imagine the energy and weight in your body traveling into the Earth, while you are holding on the Sun and Moon. (Like standing still on a trampoline and taking that first bounce downwards.)

This is to give the mind the subconscious notion to grow beyond the body and also benefits as a source of power beneath your feet that you can have access to when practicing Telekinetic visualizations become Telekinetic ability.

Time Stamping

This exercise is about mental time traveling connections, a way to connect mentally with yourself at a future date. A way to remind the brain that it has many avenues of potential growth, not just spatial.

This exercise works in two ways, one trying to connect with yourself in the past (after the fact) while in the same location, the other is trying to connect with yourself in the future (before the fact) and can be done in the same location or different locations as long as you know when or where you are going to be on the future date. What you try and do is visualize yourself in the future (say if you know in two weeks you are going to be at a certain place, at a certain time) you visualize yourself in the future at whichever location you'll be at, try to imagine what you will be doing, what you will be wearing, and maybe what you'll be thinking about, and what or how that day or event is going to happen or unfold. [try to predict what is going to happen or random people you might encounter, or random variables that might take place.] You focus hard on that event, taking into account the orbital motion of the earth around the sun and rotational motion on it's axis. (Remember, if you are trying to connect via telepathic projections, it will be a distance through space and time, so your line will have to be an elongated spirally squiggle and not just a straight line from here to there.) Then when you arrive, a couple weeks later, you imagine your projection path backwards to where you were two weeks before, visualize what you were doing and wearing, as many details as possible and project backwards towards yourself, essentially opening the mental time worm hole from both ends. Try to keep the projected path alive in your mind during the entire time you're there (without interfering with what you are doing, unless it was a predetermined spot for this meditation exercise). Play out the day or event and see if any of the details you pretended to predict actually come true.

1. Pick a moment in the future. (About the same time of day).

2. Try imagining the future point, traversing a rough estimate of the spherical motion forward through time.

3. Try to imagine what you will be doing that day, see if any random information appears in your mind. (Just trying to connect paths with the future point)

4. On future date, imagine the date in the past and try to imagine the ecliptic motion path backwards to that day.

Reaching outwards towards space or through time is a great way to strengthen your mind. It will make trying to communicate with a friend telepathically a lot easier. If you try to carry 150 pounds, over and over, then when you try to carry 10 pounds it's going to be a whole lot easier.

Lobe Activation

A mental exercise designed to activate each lobe of the brain, one at a time, in a constant loop. First you pick out six items that will activate a single lobe. Remember the brain is split into abstract and analytical, It helps if you draw an oval on a piece of paper and separate it into six sections, then focus your mind, imagine one of the trigger thoughts, which lobe is active, draw it on the diagram in the corresponding section.

•Landscape

•Piece of Artwork

•Addition problem

•Multiplication problem

•English word

•Spanish word

(You can pick thoughts from other categories, as long as you can feel which lobe activates.)

Then while looking at the diagram, imagine the first trigger thought, then moving clockwise (or counterclockwise, whichever is more comfortable) you imagine each trigger thought. Everytime you complete the circle of six sections you try and speed up how fast you visualize each section, until you can do this without looking at the paper. What this does is activate each lobe consecutively and strengthens the brain and neural activity.

1. Pick 6 mental images that will stimulate each of the brain lobes. (Make sure you can feel which lobe is activated)

2. Draw these images on a chart. Oval chart similar to brain and draw the image in each of the six sections.

3. Read the chart, starting with one of the sections and moving either clockwise or counterclockwise, whichever is more comfortable.

4. Continue reading chart in repeating pattern until you can go around the brain really fast and mentally without chart.

5. Continue untill headache or boredom. Then repeat again later.

Another way to do this is visually. With your eyes open. While keeping your head perfectly still, you look up (12°clock) then you look up and to the right (in-between 1°clock and 2°clock) then you look to the right (3°clock) then you look down to the left (in-between 4°clock and 5°clock) then keep going around 6, in-between 7 & 8, etc. till you completed the circle. Do this as fast as you can to help strengthen your brain and increase neural activity.

Chasing the Moon

Create room for growth. If you believe that your mind grows to the edge of your skull, then your brain will subconsciously believe that it has reached it's full potential.

One night during the full Moon, go outside, bare footed, stand in the yard and look up towards the Moon. (Maybe download an app on astronomy) Then imagine the motion of the Moon along the ecliptic (the path that the Sun, Moon, and Planets orbit). Now while you are standing there and visualizing the orbital motion of the Moon, imagine a surge of energy traveling up from the iron core of Earth into your feet and up towards your brain, then radiating outwards towards the Moon. Focus this imaginary energy into a beam. Then, understanding that the Moon is similar to a magnet floating in space around Earth. Focus your imaginary magnetic beam of energy next to the Moon. (If you standing there, staring up at the Moon, it will be moving left to right in a parabolic arc) The easiest way to try and adjust the orbit would be perpendicular to it's natural orbit. So you would focus your imaginary beam of energy just below the Moon and imagine that your beam of energy and the magnetic field of the Moon are two opposing magnets. Then pretend that the Moon is moving perpendicular to it's orbit, away from your beam (if you are focused on the Moon with the naked eye and space as the background, you won't really notice if it is moving from it's orbit) then follow the Moon with your beam of energy as the Moon keeps moving away from the opposing forces.

1. Find the Ecliptic motion in your sky, with the moon visible, best with full moon or close to full moon.

2. Imagine the Moon just balancing there in orbit like a suspended magnet.

3. Imagine a beam of energy radiating from your eyes towards the Moon.

4. Now with the beam of energy connected between you and the Moon, imagine the beam of energy moving from the center of the Moon towards the bottom left of the Moon. (Perpendicular to orbital motion is easiest to move)

5. Now imagine this beam of energy is like a opposite polarity of a magnet and the Moon is the other magnet. Now these two magnets can't get too close together.

6. Focus this beam of energy and follow the Moon as it moves away from your beam. (If your to the left, the moon moves right)

Now whether you move the Moon or not with your mind isn't important, the important part of this exercise is to make the subconscious mind understand that there is room to grow. That as you reach out into space and grasp at the Moon, your mind will realize that your brain has limited itself to only inside your skull and that there is potential for a tangible connection between you and the universe around you.
